HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our EMS integrates a central control unit, highly accurate digital sensors and web-enabled access to optimise the performance of your heating system.
The built-in algorithms will process the internal and external temperatures to calculate how long the heaters should be running. Unlike a conventional heating system, the sensors are responsive to changes in conditions and will automatically adjust the heaters to achieve the pre-set temperature.
The intelligent system responds to these variable factors to ensure that the heating in any one zone never goes above the target temperature. Energy Saving Trust confirms that these methods can save significant amounts of money. They state that,
“every degree you go over your target temperature
adds 10% to your fuel spend.”

How it all works
Data is securely backed up to the cloud
and can be accessed from any device.
Gathers all data from the sensors to push to the central control unit. The central control unit processes the temperature measurements and sends a message to the outstation to directly control the heaters.
CENTRAL CONTROL UNIT
All temperature information is fed to the central controller via network cables to avoid dips in connectivity. Data is analysed and should temperatures need altering this message is sent back to the outstation to control the heaters.
DIGITAL AIR SENSORS
Located within each zone, they continually monitor air temperature.

AWARD WINNING SYNCHRONOUS BURNER CONTROL
The Synchronous Burner Control circulates the residual heat after the burner has finished firing. All stored heat continues to be circulated until the unit begins to cool, making the most of your heat input. The heater will then be activated again, and continue this cycle.
Our optimisation programme is an advanced self-learning programme that calculates the necessary burn time for each heater to achieve its target temperature. Our system will also detect how long a heater takes to cool down and switches the heater off at the required time. This learning process only takes 2-3 weeks for the system to understand the performance patterns of each individual heater.
In normal operation, the outstations require constant instructions from the main control panel, if these instructions are interrupted, the outstation is programmed to revert to failsafe. An outstation in failsafe will continue to control the heating to a pre-set temperature, whilst alerting the user. This will continue until the issue is rectified.
Only nominated staff members can have access to the panel via pin code access. Values are viewed in a read only mode to eliminate any accidental changes. Additionally, there are varying levels of access codes which can be pre-programmed allowing for Manager’s Access and Service Access. You control who can see what, safeguarding your control unit.
DIGITAL AIR SENSORS
The very latest in technological design, our digital air sensors are calibrated to +/- 0.1°C. This high level of accuracy allows our system to eliminate wasted energy with precision.
You can monitor our system from any location thanks to the cloud-based technology. You can view performance, energy usage and make changes from any internet enabled devices giving you the ultimate control. Automated monthly reports can be generated showing you the benefits gained from installing our system.
All systems come with a complimentary 12-month warranty and service agreement which includes an onsite annual health check. Our warranty and service can be extended at any time to ensure that your energy management systems continue to optimise efficiency.
